Job specification: The appointment is located in the division of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Graz, Austria. The successful candidate is expected to extend the bioinformatics focus as integral part of the university framework Field of Excellence BioHealth. This task shall be accomplished by performing independent research and collaborative projects in the field of Computational Pharmacology/Bioinformatics including, but not limited to: computational lipidomics / proteomics, in particular data produced by mass spectrometry, pipelines for integrative OMICS, computational biology, molecular networks, investigation of post-translational protein modifications, genotype to phenotype models.
