The Austrian HPC Meeting 2018 - AHPC18 will be held February 19-21, 2018, at Courtyard Marriott in Linz, Austria. This meeting is the fourth in a row and this year it is organized by RISC Software GmbH, Hagenberg, in close collaboration with the Vienna Scientific Cluster (VSC). The ATBI will organize and chair a session on bioinformatics and life science data.

Am 21./22. September findet der Austrian-Canadian Science Day im BMWFW statt. Im Rahmen dessen (22. September) wird es auch einen Event zu einem Thema der nächsten Health Ausschreibung in Horizon 2020 geben, das sich spezifisch mit health data management beschäftigen wird:

this years ISMB/ECCB meeting, the biggest meeting of the computational biology community in the world, will take place very close from us in Prague.
